Miller Zell, Inc retained ResiliEnt Business Solutions to resurrect a failing business intelligence project. Our challenge was finding quality expertise in the WebFOCUS products we purchased to work with data from JD Edwards World on an iSeries leveraging DB2, connectivity with LifeRay portal, getting mentoring on the WebFOCUS products and completing the deliverables from the original project scope document. ResiliEnt listened to our needs, our challenges and demonstrated that they quickly and correctly grasped our situation. Within the timeframe quoted, they met the deliverables and exceeded them by delivering more reports than quoted and solved all of our existing problems with our software install and assisted our developer to resolve portal connection issues. The ResiliEnt project management methodology and communication is excellent. The project exceeded expectations and I will certainly use ResiliEnt again.
